I had a terrible experience with trying to return a bra there -- when the manager bluntly accused me of lying (hmm... despite the $350+ I had spent on lingerie the day prior) I promptly left the store for the very last time. Though some staff members are gems, the manager is certainly not. And the customer service was beyond appalling. There are so many wonderful lingerie stores in this city, ones that are certainly not full of accusatory bitches. Sorry, but I seriously disagree.
