Like most celebrity clothing lines I am bored with Kate Moss’s Topshop venture. I do like this dress though.
What do you guys think of the line? It seems like a lot of hype for pretty boring clothes. And isn’t the midriff thing dead yet?
EDIT: Catwalk Queen live blogged the whole event and shows us some of the outfits on real people. I’m not dissing the people here, I’m dissing the clothes, so let’s get that straight first. The dress I like (above) doesn’t stand up to the reality factor. Check out the other looks - striped hotpants and waistcoat, chiffon one-shoulder dress and halter mini and the floral dress & red jeans with video also. I find the formal dresses particularly bad, especially the one with the vest.

Absolutely agreed. I hadn’t really taken a long look at any of it but what I did see didn’t make me want to investigate. This dress is definitely the best of the mix.
It’s a pretty brutal line in all honestly. I’m hearing that Sienna Miller’s line is suppose to be good, but she has a real designer working with her (her sister).
But we’ll see, if they stay away from the boho look then I’m already happy.
I really like this dress, but I’m not too excited about her collection. It’s pretty ordinary to me. I do like a couple of pretty, but rather simple, items in your Spring/Summer 2007 collection: Chiffon Dress and Metallic Wrap Dress.
I like some of the pieces….actually have received compliments on the yellow t-shirt and the sheer tattoo dress. I also own the Guatemalan playsuit…the colors against the black are fun, and it’s is definitely easy-dressing as it is one piece. I believe it’s all in how you wear it. I don’t care for the tank tops in the line with the buttons…it looks like Old Navy stuff, and I would never shop there. I’d like to get the blue skinny jeans, and looking forward to the Fall line.
Hmmm, I wonder if any of you know the product number of that dress above???I am relly interested about that dress but i just can’t find it’s product number.If any of you knows, please contact me. thanks
