I’m telling you, sample sales are moving online. Rue La La is another new one that Tiff from TSF send to me.
Rue La La is… an exclusive, invitation-only online destination where Members discover premier-brand, private sale Boutiques, each open for just a brief window of time.

Don’t they only ship within the US? I think you would need to set up a mail forwarding service to take advantage of their deals. Their billing info also only accepts US addresses.
