The woman who brought you Net-a-Porter.com, Natalie Massenet, announced at a luncheon today at Brasserie 44 that she is launching TheOutnet.com, a high end designer sale site that she said will go live by the end of the year. That means even if you don’t get invites to the VIP Christian Louboutin and Prada sample sales, you can still shop from the comfort of your own home or office.
