The Fit-in-15 campaign is now over from a blogging standpoint but increasing your activity shouldn’t end with me. I’ll continue my daily tricks to keep active and I hope you will too. To refresh your memory.

I’ve been called out for a challenge. The Fit-in 15 campaign is about building awareness to bring physical activity into your daily life. Most people have a hard time starting up a heavy routine at the gym and think that’s the only way to be active. Its just not true, adding as little as 15 minutes of activity a day can yield health benefits. Active living is a lifestyle, you need to incorporate activities that fit your schedule and stick to them. Start out small and increase. The main key is REPETITION. Get it stuck in your brain so you don’t even think of it. There are many things you can do and I’m going to talk about the things I do daily over the course of the next week.

To recap, I posted the following over the course of the last week:

I also send out a few choice posts on twitter. You can follow the #fit-in-15 discussion and see what others are saying to.

I talked about my love of dancing in my home. I posted some great music mixed to get your in the mood on twitter. You can download them also: Genius of Love and Aeroplane June 09 mix.

This final post is a little video that brings everything together. It’s a first for me as I don’t use video as a format to express myself on the blog. I hope you enjoy it and find my methods of incorporating fit-in-15 useful to your lifestyle also.

Fit in 15 – Anita Clarke (HD) from Jaime Woo on Vimeo.

This came together through the help of my video guru, Jaime Woo. I know nothing about video and needed someone to edit it up. The video includes clips I recorded with my little digital camera as well as scenes that Jaime and I filmed together.
