69 Vintage will be hosting an OPEN HOUSE at 1207 Bloor St. West, on Nov 3rd, 4th and 5th from 6:30-9pm. Our new location is a combination of retail, studio/workshops and community space at our new 3 level space.
69 Vintage is extending its hand to enterprising visual artists, vintage collectors and vendors, craftspeople and stylists and designers by launching an exciting new concept that is dedicated to supporting creative community, nurturing artistic collaboration and helping designers build successful businesses within Toronto!
This is a unique opportunity to grow your business under the umbrella of an established retailer while building a network of new clientele, collaborators and friends.
Large, bright and private spaces are available for rent from $200/month up to $700~/month.
We are opening up our new retail space to CONSIGNMENT vintage and vendor rental on a monthly per Sq. ft basis.
All studios have access to a full kitchen, washroom, sunny patio and backyard. Each tenant has the option to use our basement event space once a month for fashion/art parties.
Tenants have 24-hour access to their studio and are encouraged to maintain regular business hours for maximum exposure.

this is exciting news. Would like to confirm if this is only for fashion retailers or is it open to other crafts as well. I repaint furniture and am interested in a space where I can work and showcase my products. Would love to hear back from you.
