Sometimes readers ask me questions. If they are of value to all my readers I post them online. If you have a question, please feel free to submit it using the contact form. I’ll definitely do my best to answer it.
This question came from a Twitter friend for a friend of theirs. A man they knew was always lamenting about the number of magazines, stores and websites for women that can provide style inspiration. He wanted to know if their was anything like that for men.
I’m no expert but I’ve come up with a list of websites I goto when looking for men’s inspiration. Please add your own suggestions in the comments.
I got this Rxmance Tshirt at Holt Renfrew the other day. It’s a men’s medium shirt. They didn’t have a small available so I decided I could wear as a dress if I wanted. Just slap a belt on it. So I bought it. I absolutely adore the print and I knew if I didn’t own it I would regret it.
The first Philip Sparks Fall 2010 Preview Video was release in January. Philip is inspired by Moby Dick this season. I can’t wait to see all the nautical inspired clothing and accessories. Since then there have been two videos posted so I’m going to post all three for you to enjoy.
I was reading WWD.com and came across these WUYORK handmade bowties. I was surprised to discover that Taiwanese designer York Wu spends his time in New York and Toronto. He is also an interdisciplinary artist/designer and Interior Designer. His bowties are quite beautiful and unusual.
These bowties can move between traditional usage and jewellery.
The WUYORK website contains more product and campaign images. There is also photos of the packaging, which is just as beautiful.
