L’Oreal Fashion Week Spring 2009 - Lucian Matis
Saturday, October 25, 2008 13:27 No CommentsLucian Matis put on one of the more interesting shows at L’Oreal Fashion Week. I really enjoyed his pixelated print pieces. Some of the pearl encrusted pieces were very nice, especially the one with the back detail but a few felt a little over done. I wasn’t a big fan of [...] Read more »

Friday, October 24, 2008 12:00 1 CommentI really enjoyed the Morales show. It had shades of Rodarte. It was the collection I’ve been waiting for all week. I do hope she provided credit to Yoshitomo Nara for his designs, it would be horrible if he wasn’t properly credited.

L’Oreal Fashion Week Spring 2009 - Rudsak
Friday, October 24, 2008 10:30 No CommentsRudsak listened to my advice and I think they edited the collection down, it’s usually a long death march of leather in every style and colour. I enjoyed this season. The cropped motorcycle jackets are damn cute. Please note, the leather pants and shorts are just styling props. The pants are [...] Read more »

The easiest way to my heart is through a Hermes Scarf
Thursday, October 16, 2008 11:00 2 CommentsI posted about my lust for Hermes scarves way, way back in 2006 and I’ve decided to revisit that. The Fall Winter 2008 - 2009 collection is influenced by India and there are lot of elephant motives everywhere. My Mom would be dying, she loves elephants.
