Sunday was an interesting day trip to Hoover Dam. We found a new friend along the way and we made the ill fated mistake of trying to walk to the dam from Boulder City. Some great people picked us up though and it made the trip a success. I loved the dam it’s so Art Deco. In some of the pictures you can see the results of Lack Mead receding rapidly. At some point the damn won’t be able to function. Click to see larger images.
