Seshat Boots by Stella McCartney for Adidas I have been eying these boots after I first posted about the fall 2006 Stella collection from Adidas. I think they are more obnoxious than my white Sorels. Capezio came through for me in the end. I got the last pair of 8s in the store.
Regular readers know of my love for Jeremy Laing’s designs. Supercool website, Refinery 29 named Laing as one their top 5 shows at New York Fashion Week, Fall Winter 2007. They also think that he will get a CFDA grant in the future. So, things are going well for him and I’m glad. It’s all about the details with Jeremy, don’t be fooled by the simple designs. I visited the site of the company that makes the funky Haramaki from Japan. I’ve decided to post some additional pictures of haramaki style. They probably are pretty easy to make if people have that sewing talent thing.
I was bookmarking some of Robin Givhan’s articles today and I ended up reading a few of her other ones. She’s fantastic and a freaking Nobel Prize winner to boot. She writes the Off the Runway blog too.
