Sunday was an interesting day trip to Hoover Dam. We found a new friend along the way and we made the ill fated mistake of trying to walk to the dam from Boulder City. Some great people picked us up though and it made the trip a success. I loved the dam it’s so Art Deco. In some of the pictures you can see the results of Lack Mead receding rapidly. I really loved the climate in Vegas. Dry heat is wonderful this time of year. I hear it’s unbearable in the summer though.
I hate Proms, that’s why I don’t really talk about them. I went to mine (alone) and it was fun. I was so hammered during the event. Ahh, good times.
