There are a few pre fall 2007 collections out and Lanvin has me drooling.

Lose the leggings and you have once hot femme fatale collection. Looks like the large brimmed hat will be a big trend for fall.

I haven’t blogged about Threadless in a while, but this latest round of shirts are fun. Yup, this chicken shirt is cool. The image is very detailed and pretty absurd.
Seshat Boots by Stella McCartney for Adidas

I have been eying these boots after I first posted about the fall 2006 Stella collection from Adidas. I think they are more obnoxious than my white Sorels. Capezio came through for me in the end. I got the last pair of 8s in the store.
Regular readers know of my love for Jeremy Laing’s designs. Supercool website, Refinery 29 named Laing as one their top 5 shows at New York Fashion Week, Fall Winter 2007. They also think that he will get a CFDA grant in the future. So, things are going well for him and I’m glad.
It’s all about the details with Jeremy, don’t be fooled by the simple designs. Check out the show video.

I was bookmarking some of Robin Givhan’s articles today and I ended up reading a few of her other ones. She’s fantastic and a freaking Nobel Prize winner to boot. She writes the Off the Runway blog too.
Marc Jacobs delivered a collection that I actually like. Clean lines and beautiful tailoring. I’m in shock.

I’m loving the hats too and the yellow bags.
