Givenchy has some amazing, amazing shoes right now. Givenchy Cut-out shoe boots Christian Louboutin did a fuchsia shoe last season, but I think this Givenchy one is much superior. I see me in these with the Alexander McQueen dress I tried on at Holts. I’m freaking myself out. Givenchy Crossed strap sandals Givenchy Silver strap sandal I’m really smitten with these sandals. Lanvin Kitten heel sandals Not a fan of kitten heels normally but Lanvin does a great job here.
I’m enjoying the Lanvin Spring Summer 2009 Ad Campaign. The clothing is beautiful of course, that goes without saying. I’m loving the whole “cheekily playing in your large changroom before it’s time to go out” vibe that is happening in this campaign. I usually don’t find depictions of narcissism that attractive, but I think the mirror loving Iselin works very, very well. I first salivated over the Alexander McQueen Striped column dress during the Mens Spring Summer 2009 show. Soon afterwards, Net-a-Porter carried the dress and I went crazy again as they had some great shots of the dress. Well, I finally tried on a variant of the dress at Holt Renfrew Bloor Street. Of course I had to take a couple sneaky photos in the changeroom. It’s stunning, but it’s a shame this version missing the statement shoulder. This dress fits like a dream and feels like nothing on. It’s a serious curve hugging dress. I’m in love. However, it’s $1500!!!! A girl can dream though.
