Pursed Lips’ Carnivale of Couture: Dream Bags
This is a fun Carnivale of Couture about handbags. Designer Ella asks 2 questions.

1. If you were to only have the allowance for one Big Name designer IT Bag, what would it be? (This is a dream to many with the allowance for none!)

Choosing one bag is so hard. I really love the Fendi Spy bag. ($2,100.00)

But I really like the Chloe Paddington too. This one in lizard is very interesting. ($7,200.00)

2. If you were given $10,000 (ooookayyyyyy, $20,000 if you’re a superdiva) to buy only ‘IT’ Big Name designer bags, which dream ones would you buy (or just one perhaps)? (You can save some of the cash left over for something else not to be mentioned.) Yes, please do try to keep track of general prices, and authentic and real-life eBay prices count if you would opt for auctions (although if you can’t tell authentic, skip the lower-priced ones, natch!).

Okay, I’m doing superdiva prices. In addition to the 2 above bags I would choose:
YSL Muse ($1,295.00)

Prada Antic Cervo Hobo ($1490.00)
Prada Cervo Antic Hobo

Dior Large Gaucho Double Saddle Bag ($1,995.00)

Chloe Paddington Cross-Body Bag ($1990.00)

And yes I can’t afford any of this. I even have to wonder, if I had $2500 to spend would I go with a handbag or a really hot computer or laptop. I think the gear wins. Yes, I am a nerd.

The Prada. But it would take a lot for me to spend a couple of thousand $$ on one bag… rather spend it on clothes – and Italian shoes

Ooooh, I don’t know what I would do with all that. I don’t think I’d spend all $10,000 on bags. I’d probably get a couple really good bags, like the YSL Muse or the Chloe Body-Bag, some clothes, some shoes, & like the author, I’d probably spend $2,500 on a new laptop. Hehe, nerdy girls unite.
