Paris Fashion Week Spring 2008 – Lanvin I love Alber and Lanvin. Every look was so incredibly beautiful. Shoes are pretty boring this season, but the jewelery is very chunky and big, love it. I can’t wait to see the video of this.

I like a lot of stuff that people would find ugly, but man Chanel was so damn ugly and tacky. This denim is just wrong, wrong, wrong. I’m sorry Karl, but only Irene can make a denim swimsuit look good. See the entire collection. You talk about not retiring Karl, but maybe you should reconsider. After New York Fashion Week, I’m so glad that Paris has gone the opposite of neutral; thy’re going colour crazy. Dries has done the best prints so far. Love him. Of course I’m loving the accessories too.
Not many really great dressed people overall, but some were pretty hot. The opening night party was a good one overall, despite small glitches. I broke in my Chocolate Basso dress finally, thanks Gail. I love Mark. Every time I see this guy he’s dressed the part.

Danielle from Final Fashion is a fashion illustrator.. She started an illustration project for anyone who wished for an original image that would be placed on Moo cards. After seeing the results of Lady Kit Kat, Carolyn and the grumpy owl, I decided to commission my own. The inspiration: I wanted my photo to convey some sort of graceful movement instead of the typical jaunty pose. I told Danielle to do what she felt was best, but I wanted movement.
