STOLI presents Top of The Burroughes New Years Eve! December 31st The Burroughes brings back the glamour of the past for one memorable night to mark the beginning of 2010. In the spirit of Truman Capote’s infamous Black and White Ball, There will be no ice sculptures, no elaborate bouquets, no standard sights as seen at every society party, the gorgeous swans and other beautiful people will be the flowers.
