Looking for easy ways to get Fit-in-15.
Here are a few tips to help you add 15 minutes of activity to your day.
- Take a walk after lunch. This is easy when it’s nice outside, like today. Alternatives for PATH dwellers like myself is to take stroll in our underground. Get to know it.
- Take a walk to lunch. During the summer I walk down to St. Lawrence Market. It’s an enjoyable way to add 15.
- Do you have a dog? Instead of just going around the block, take a bit more time. You and your dog will be thankful.
- Dance in your living room. I do this all the time and I’m sure many of you do to. Put on a mix of your dancing songs and work it out.
