I will be attending the Interior Design Show for I want – I got. I’ll have my trusty photographer, Paul Baik with me. I’m really looking forward to it. I love some of the new pieces from Complex Geometries Spring Summer 2009. They are based out of Montreal and can be found in Toronto at Fawn. They also have an online shop on their site. They produced a video for the Spring 2009 collection. It gives you a feel for the clothing and the cuts they use.

Felipe Oliveira Baptista Haute Couture – Spring Summer 2009 I check out Felipe Oliveira Baptista’s collections every season but this year his presentation and standout jackets caught my eye. I first salivated over the Alexander McQueen Striped column dress during the Mens Spring Summer 2009 show. Soon afterwards, Net-a-Porter carried the dress and I went crazy again as they had some great shots of the dress. Well, I finally tried on a variant of the dress at Holt Renfrew Bloor Street. Of course I had to take a couple sneaky photos in the changeroom. It’s stunning, but it’s a shame this version missing the statement shoulder. This dress fits like a dream and feels like nothing on. It’s a serious curve hugging dress. I’m in love. However, it’s $1500!!!! A girl can dream though.
