I love this collaboration of Linda Farrow and Roisin Murphy. It’s part of Linda Farrow’s Projects. They have joined forces to create two pairs of sunglasses sold that can be found at Colette. The sunglasses come in two options: 24 carat gold plated or silver plated.
Linda Farrow is well known for her collaborations. She worked with Alexander Wang to create the fabulous cat eye sunglasses.

In the seventies, a Candle in the Wind, wore sunglasses, just like the Sun King. Shades became a ‘nice merchandise’, because women didn’t have to wipe their wrinkles, and men could hide their eyes being read by them. She is beautiful, even without the makeup of Sun ‘glassed’ eyes. I first noticed her in 1993, on tv (Moloko). I thought ‘she believes being a superstar’. Stardom was than, but the competition now is rough, RoÃsin struggles like a snake on the podium.
