These Dries Wedge Booties by Marc By Marc Jacobs are fun shoes. There is a lot going on with the brown trim and patent leather navy but I like them a lot. They are very schoolboyish. I can see a myself in these with a pleated skirt, white tshirt and a schoolboy type satchel (like PS1 or Chloe). The rubber sole on the shoe should make the 4″ heel more bearable. images: ssense.com

Holt Renfrew was nice enough to send me the Marc by Marc Jacobs tote in blue. It’s a very good shopping tote it’s large and looks like it can handle some weight. It also has a large inside pocket which is great for cellphones and other electronic gadgets. It fits my Kobo reader very well.

I tried on this cute military style dress by Marc by Marc Jacobs at Holt Renfrew. It looks like a Celine knockoff. It’s like Marc took an old military coat and made it a dress. I found this vintage Marc Jacobs documentary though someone I follow on twitter named Erich Ben. He has a great collection of YouTube fashion videos. The documentary starts from the beginning of Marc Jacobs’ career and stops at the beginning of his early Louis Vuitton days. Marc is so young in these videos. A magenta bag was waiting for me when I returned home from work on Friday. I love unexpected deliveries from Holt Renfrew. I removed the grey and white tissue paper and was greeted by a black, white and pink box. I saw the tell tale jumbled letters, it was Marc by Marc Jacobs. I was right, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Holt Renfrew teamed up to create a limited edition tshirt celebrating the winter season. I absolutely adore that the scene takes place on a chairlift. It’s a pretty cute tshirt. I’m wearing an x-small in the photo. I would have preferred a small just for some extra room. However, the x-small is comfy, soft and not claustrophobic in anyway. Breathing isn’t an issue in this shirt.
